Membership FAQs

Below are the most commonly asked questions we recieve. Should you still have a problem that isn't answered below, please reach out using our Contact-Us form.

We provide you with full control over how, and when, your membership renews. There are no auto-renewals, and you can choose to renew online or in-store. Our team are on hand to make this process easy for you, and should you wish to discuss it with the team please ask in-store.

As your 12 month membership nears its expiry date we will reach out to you via email to let you know it is nearing expiry - and your options to renew.

If you already have an account, simply Login to view your account.

If you need to create an account, follow this link to create one using the same email address as your membership.

Bolt ons are only available after you have subscribed to the Trevenson's Botanist membership scheme. Once you have purchased membership Login to your account, and select 'View Bolt Ons' under 'Trevenson's Botanist Points'.

Our team are on-hand to help you with any queries you have about making the most of our membership scheme. Visit us in-store where we can help you in-person, or ask any questions via our contact details.

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it from the Login page, selecting the 'Forgot Password' link.

We are sorry to hear that you are thinking of leaving the membership scheme. However, we understand that your situation can change - and it may no longer fulfilling your needs.

Our membership scheme does not auto-renew, as such you do not have to worry about performing any actions to cancel your membership after the 12 month membership period. We may occasionally reach out with special offers and discounts as a valued customer. If you no longer wish to receive these emails, please contact us directly to have your email marketing preferences updated.

Once you submit your cancellation request, your membership will be cancelled within 7 days - and you will lose access to your membership benefits. In line with our cancellation policy, any remaining time will not be refunded.

If you have any bolt ons, such as our Plantsman or Connoisseur additions, we will cancel these at the same time as processing your request.

Thank you for being one of our valued members. We look forward to seeing you again in-store soon. Should you wish to reinstate your membership in the future, simply re-purchase it online, or visit us in-store.
