Standard Membership
Ideal for newcomers, this 12-month renewable loyalty scheme provides essential benefits, including:

Membership FAQs
We hope you are making the most of your Trevenson's Botanist membership. Below are the most commonly asked questions we recieve. Should you still have a problem that isn't answered below, please reach out using our Contact Us form.
We give you full control over how and when you renew your membership, as there are no auto-renewals. As your 12-month membership nears its expiry, we’ll send you a renewal email within two months of the expiration date.
Once you receive the email, you can renew your membership online or in-store by selecting either Standard or Premium Membership. The renewal will add 12 months of coverage from the current term’s expiry date.
If you wish to renew early and haven’t received your renewal email yet, we recommend visiting us in-store. Upgrading or switching membership tiers online may cancel your current membership period, as the new tier would override it. An in-store upgrade is often the better option in this case.

If you need to create an account, follow this link to create one using the same email address as your membership.
If you hold an active Standard Membership, you may upgrade to Premium Membership in-store for the remainder of your current term. The upgrade requires payment of the cost difference for the remaining months of your membership.

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it from the Login page, selecting the 'Forgot Password' link.
If you do not have an account, you will need to create one using the same email address as your membership.
We are sorry to hear that you are thinking of leaving the membership scheme. However, we understand that your situation can change - and it may no longer fulfilling your needs.
Our membership scheme does not auto-renew, as such you do not have to worry about performing any actions to cancel your membership after the 12 month membership period. We may occasionally reach out with special offers and discounts as a valued customer. If you no longer wish to receive these emails, please contact us directly to have your email marketing preferences updated.
Once you submit your cancellation request, your membership will be cancelled within 7 days - and you will lose access to your membership benefits. In line with our cancellation policy, any remaining time will not be refunded.
