Our Botanist Membership is designed for those who enjoy visiting us regularly and want to make the most of what we offer in-store and online.
As a member, you’ll receive a range of year-round benefits:

Once becoming a member, your benefits start immediately online, and you can use these benefits in-store by collecting your membership card and showing it with every purchase.
If you decide at any point you no longer wish to continue with your membership, you can cancel at anytime by contacting us, or your membership will automatically lapse after 12 months unless renewed. Please note, although Membership can be canceled, it is a non-refundable item. See the cancellation section of our Membership FAQs for more details.
